Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at support@elegantmap.com within 14 days of receiving your order to notify us of your intention to return the product.
- Ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging, without any signs of damage or use.
- Ship the product back to us using the return label or method provided after contacting us. The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo an inspection to determine its condition. After inspection, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If the product is in its original, undamaged condition, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
- If the product is damaged or shows signs of use that were not caused by shipping, a partial refund will be issued based on the extent of the damage.
Non-Refundable Items
Please note that the following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Customized or personalized products (unless there was a defect in manufacturing).
- Items returned after the 14-day return window.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
